Have an arrival date no earlier than May 4, 2026 and be fully available through at least May 2027 or later. Please be aware that you cannot participate in consecutive programs totaling more than one calendar year, including any combination of Disney College Programs or Disney Internships (specific dates will be discussed during interviews)
Have no more than FOUR (4) attendance points within the last six (6) months (not including early shift releases or authorized days off) and/or no more than ONE (1) reprimand within the last six (6) months.
A $240 non-refundable Extension Program Participation Fee is due upon accepting your extension offer. If you have a registered vehicle, a $75 parking decal renewal fee applies, or $150 for a new decal. Parking decals are limited, available first come, first served, and require a vehicle to be pre-registered in DORMS. If you have already accepted an extension in your current role and location, an additional Program Participation Fee will not be required
Be a current, active, official Disney Program Representative for the Disney College Program
Be available to arrive in January/February 2027 and depart no earlier than May 2027 ( specific dates will be discussed during interviews)
Be at least 18 years old when you submit your application
Be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States or the United States territories and actively working toward an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree* - OR -
Have graduated from an accredited college or university in the United States or the United States territories* within the last 12 months of this job posting. (Graduation after August 31, 2025)
Have completed at least one term at your college or university (or a minimum of 6 credit hours) towards your degree before your program start date
Be in good academic standing at your school. Speak to your advisor to understand your school’s requirements for participating in an off-campus program
Have valid work authorization in the United States for the full duration of your program . U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, green card holders, and F-1 students with valid OPT or CPT authorization are all welcome
Preferred Qualifications
Heightened knowledge of Theme Parks and Guest Tools (e.g., My Disney Experience)
Proven bilingual ability, specifically Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, French & German.
Demonstrated strong cash handling skills with multiple forms of payments, including foreign currencies, credit card transactions & discounts.
Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and be comfortable operating a company vehicle including under inclement weather and in minimal lighting.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with Guests to service their needs in a variety of locations throughout Parks, Disney Springs, and other WDW properties, using proven knowledge of the Walt Disney World Resort property, products, and services, including My Disney Experience profiles, entitlements and itineraries. As part of the Guest Relations team, you will coordinate language assistance services, ticketing, dining reservations and special service needs and serve as a key communications hub for the park. Guest Relations Cast Members are trusted to resolve Guest concerns, manage complex situations, and collaborate with partners across Walt Disney World Resort to deliver seamless service. You may also be responsible for improving the Guest experience by proactively providing park logistics and personalized service while also being able to "solve for yes". This role delivers world-class Guest Service and is equipped with real-time park information and Guest service recovery tools. Cast Members are encouraged to model the highest standards of service, Guest interactions, Disney heritage and traditions. In Guest Relations, we empower Cast Members and Guests alike, by sharing and embedding knowledge, tips and tricks.
