*The compensation range for our Dishwashers are from $17/hr - $22/hr*
- THE BASICS
- - Ensuring the cleanliness and quality of every dish, pot, pan, utensil, and item that is used in the kitchen to prepare food and serve to our guests.
- Following food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring best in class practices consistently
- Ensuring the dish machine is operating at correct temperatures
- Ensuring that the proper detergents (and levels of detergents) are being used in the dish machine and pot washing sinks.
- Ensuring that the proper sanitizers are being used when cleaning walls, cook/ prep surfaces and floors.
- Abiding by the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) that outline hazardous chemical use.
- Helping maintain safe, clean, and organized walkways in the kitchen.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the dish area so that it remains at free from debris at all times
- Assisting kitchen with prep work, putting away food orders, and rotating produce as needed.
