Job Overview: The Tear Down Technician should possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assemble blowers and exhausters according to blueprints.
- Work with the Engineering Department and the Quality Assurance Department to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Apply standard work practices.
- Follow all safety rules, environmental regulating procedures and utilize required safety equipment when appropriate.
- Adhere to 6s (5s) principles, clean, organize, and properly store all equipment.
- Operate Crane and Fork Truck to move equipment and parts (training and certification provided by the company).
- Operate machinery and hand tools as necessary.
