Disability Case Manager

Frontline healthcare experience (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, mental health support)

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology or Business

3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in healthcare or case management

Demonstrated strength in these key skills: - Emotional Intelligence - Crisis Intervention - Case Management - Rehabilitation Techniques - Analytical Skills - Critical Thinking

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, emotionally complex situations

Comfort with digital tools and multiple platforms
