Responsibilities
- Promote and service existing allocations in Man Group's investment products and solutions
- Implement coverage strategy for select clients/prospects across Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with institutional investors and financial institutions
- Manage designated accounts including prospecting, scheduling meetings, and initiating discussions
- Contribute to institutional business development strategy and achieve personal sales targets
- Conduct effective presentations on product range to investment officers and institutional market
- Manage ongoing client relationships and provide high levels of client service
- Organize events such as seminars for prospects and attend industry events
Requirements
- Proven track record in raising assets in private credit with strong LP relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Up to date knowledge of regulatory matters
- Arabic speaker preferred

Purpose of the role
- Join an ambitious team and be a key contributor to future growth across the regional LP base.
- Focus on liquid alternatives, credit, and quantitative strategies.
- Responsible for promotion and servicing of existing allocations and implementation of coverage strategy.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and maintain effective professional relationships with key investment contacts among institutional investor base and financial institutions.
- Structured management of designated accounts: prioritisation, research, prospecting, scheduling meetings, initiating discussions.
- Contribute to development of overall institutional business development strategy and implement direct sales strategy.
- Learn and understand Man Group investment products to a high level of fluency.
- Conduct effective, professional presentations on agreed product range.
- Carry out finals presentations in conjunction with Portfolio Managers.
- Manage ongoing relationships with new and existing clients, providing highest levels of client service.
- Organise and implement entertainment and external events such as seminars for prospects.
