Director, Transition & Integration - Canada Remote

Governance and Communication

• Track transition performance metrics, lead corrective actions, and establish risk mitigation strategies.
• Align leadership messaging and provide clear transition narratives, decision points, and risk awareness.
• Establish governance structures, clarify decision rights, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
• Synthesize complex inputs into clear options and trade-offs for timely decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• A master’s degree and formal program, change, or integration management training or certification are preferred or considered assets.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, integration, transition management, or large-scale program leadership.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional transitions involving operations, technology, people, and vendors.
• Experience managing concurrent high-impact initiatives while maintaining operational continuity.
• Experience in regulated, national, or mission-critical environments is preferred.
• Exposure to in-housing, operating model shifts, or service delivery transformations is an asset.

Knowledge and Competencies

• Enterprise transition and integration management across complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Advanced risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive escalation and mitigation.
• Operational readiness, service continuity planning, governance design, and capacity management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into executive recommendations and influence leaders without direct authority.
• Ability to coordinate Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, and vendor teams and use metrics to monitor transition health.

Working Conditions

• Employees work 40 hours per week remotely from a Canadian home office environment.
• The position has a flexible schedule, periods of uneven workflow, and may require extended hours during peak business cycles.
• The role supports projects across Canada and requires adaptation to multiple time zones when necessary.

Pay Transparency

• Expected annual base salary is between $145,000 and $165,000.
• The actual salary depends on qualifications, experience, work location, and expected contributions.
