We are seeking a proven transformation leader with deep Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience who has successfully led operational transformation during periods of rapid growth, organizational scaling, and process realignment. This individual will bring a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, helping our organization evolve capabilities, optimize operations, and deliver enterprise-wide transformation outcomes.
The Director, Transformation Operations serves as the dedicated owner of the Transformation Office operating system and enterprise transformation portfolio performance discipline.
This role ensures the enterprise transformation program operates with discipline, consistency, visibility, decision quality, and follow-through. The role owns enterprise transformation portfolio performance visibility, accountability disciplines, delivery confidence reporting, path-to-green management, operating cadence, governance readiness, action management, and executive reporting coordination.
This is a highly visible role that requires both tactical leadership and strategic influence.
