The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data and AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market, with emphasis on government and public-sector clients.
• Grow client relationships, market presence, revenue, and pipeline conversion.
• Lead account planning, opportunity shaping, proposals, and deal closure.
• Advise senior stakeholders on data strategies, operating models, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead governance and management programs covering policies, standards, stewardship, data quality, metadata, master data, and information lifecycle management.
• Guide clients on Saudi data regulations, standards, controls, and NDMO requirements.
• Oversee complex multi-workstream programs for quality, value realization, risk management, and client satisfaction.
• Apply data platform, analytics, AI, and emerging technology knowledge to solution design.
• Collaborate with regional and global EY teams.
• Mentor consulting teams and support capability building and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Attributes

• Deep understanding of Data and AI across business, functional, governance, and technology perspectives.
• Strong expertise designing and implementing enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
• Understanding of the Saudi government and public-sector environment and NDMO expectations.
• Established senior client relationships and strong market credibility.
• Business development experience building pipelines, shaping opportunities, and converting complex deals.
• Commercial acumen in pricing, contracting, delivery oversight, and margin management.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and advisory skills.
• Ability to connect strategy, governance, technology, and measurable business outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience, mainly in management or technology consulting.
• Significant Middle East leadership experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience leading and growing Data and AI practices, portfolios, or major transformation programs.
• Experience with data governance and management engagements, ideally for government or public-sector organizations.
• Knowledge of NDMO-aligned frameworks and requirements.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as data, computer science, information systems, engineering, or business.
• A reputable consulting firm background is required; Big 4 experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Language Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
