Director, Technical Program Management, POps Engineering

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall program roadmap, budget, and resource plan for the POps system transformation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, business unit stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Lead and motivate a large, cross-functional program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.

• Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on HR system implementations. - Experience using AI first strategy across HR systems. Preferred qualifications: - PMP or other relevant project management certifications. - Experience in the technology or internet industry. - Experience working within very large, global organizations.
