Director, Talent and Development

Serve as the primary Talent & Development partner to an assigned business segment and/or corporate functions, advising leaders on talent planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives aligned with business priorities and enterprise talent objectives.

Act as program owner for select enterprise development programs , ensuring solutions are scalable, impactful, informed by data and best practices, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Design and facilitate learning experiences, workshops, leadership programs, and development interventions that strengthen leader and employee effectiveness.

Partner with HR leaders, business leaders, and Talent COE colleagues to identify organizational capability gaps and develop strategies that accelerate growth, performance, and readiness.

Provide organizational effectiveness and change management consulting in support of business transformation, team effectiveness, culture, and leadership initiatives.

Utilize talent, engagement, and learning data to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend actions that improve workforce capability and development outcomes.

Lead complex, cross-functional talent and development initiatives , applying strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership practices to drive successful outcomes.

Build and manage relationships with external learning providers, facilitators, assessment partners, and development resources to enhance enterprise capability-building efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

8 to10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, change management, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience consulting with senior leaders on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business transformation initiatives.

Strong facilitation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across multiple levels of the organization.

Experience designing and leading enterprise learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.

Strong business acumen and the ability to connect development priorities to business needs and organizational performance.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to translate workforce and development insights into actionable recommendations.

Strong project and program leadership capabilities, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and commitment to staying current on emerging practices in leadership development, learning, and organizational effectiveness.

Experience working in complex, global, and highly matrixed organizations.
