Role Overview
Serve as a key integrator and transformation leader across Systems Operations.
Provide governance, coordination, and strategic oversight across engineering, product, operations, and vendor ecosystems.
Drive AI-enabled transformation and support a transition toward AI-assisted, in-house development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore and vendor engagement strategy, including scope allocation, de-scoping, and transition to in-house development.
- Align EMS, CNMS, CNOS, NCS, Operations, and BSS domains while resolving cross-team gaps and inconsistencies.
- Oversee alignment of LSS capabilities, requirements, design, and implementation with target system architecture.
- Standardize the Product Owner function, backlog management, prioritization, and cross-team dependency coordination.
- Provide program oversight across vendor deliverables and internal teams, tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate integration, verification, and validation activities and align testing strategies across SysOps systems.
- Align SysOps capabilities with NOC operational needs and BSS integration requirements.
- Govern the quality and status of requirements, architecture artifacts, vendor deliverables, and program documentation.
