This role can best be described as a senior production music & custom Director for Sync+, with a strong focus on leadership, project management, delivery oversight, and operational coordination.
You will be responsible for overseeing the briefing, delivery, and ongoing stewardship of production music, while supporting bespoke and custom sync-related music projects.
The role ensures projects are clearly briefed, delivered on time, within budget, and ready for licensing and use.
Working with internal stakeholders and external production partners, you will help turn business and market needs into structured production activity at scale.
While closely connected to music and creative output, this is primarily a strategic project management and operations leadership role rather than a hands-on creative role.

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs.
In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
