About the Role
du is seeking a Director of Supply Chain & Procurement Intelligence to lead sourcing strategies, vendor performance analysis, and procurement operations in Dubai. The role requires 10-15 years in similar function, preferably in telecom, with deep knowledge of commercial elements and contract laws.

Responsibilities
- Plan and develop roadmaps/action plans to support current and future procurement needs
- Analyze vendor performance and company spend trends to create sourcing strategy
- Prepare and present EITC’s sourcing strategies to facilitate achieving objectives
- Present weekly update reports to management on department activities and performance against KPIs
- Day to day management of Operations & Quality control team to meet department goals
- Ensure database of Emirati SME companies is up to date and potential vendors are pre selected
- Develop and finalize annual Sourcing plan in collaboration with Finance and respective departments
- Ensure organization achieves revenue and profit commitments in sourcing and procurement
- Provide procurement and contract management advice, complaints analysis, and dispute resolution
- Ensure procurement policies and procedures are followed; report violations to Management and Audit committee
- Develop and implement effective procurement and contract management processes
- Approve documents in ERP in a timely manner to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- 10 15 years in a similar function, preferably in telecommunications industry
- In depth knowledge of key commercial elements and pricing structures of supplier contracts
- High level technical knowledge of non telecom goods and services
- Knowledge of contract laws and corporate T's & C's
- Familiarity with key telecom services and equipment
- Strong exposure to data analysis
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal & written English and preferably Arabic
- Good knowledge of ERP system (Oracle)

Qualifications, Experience And Skills
