About the Role

· Contribute to technology strategy and prioritize engineering initiatives aligned with business goals.

· Build organizational capabilities aligned with future business and technology needs.
· Support people processes including performance management, talent development, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Results Leadership:
· Deliver product features and releases efficiently while maintaining quality and scalability.
· Drive accountability for engineering outcomes with an AI-first mindset and adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate is a self-motivated leader who can deal with complex problems, has a vision to take the organization to the next level. He/She should be able to understand complex security domain including key protocols in identity management and authentication. The candidate must be experienced in developing applications as well and should be able to understand the complexities of software development for on-premise products and cloud services.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- We are seeking experience with the following technologies/domains:
- · B.S/M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline
- · At least 15-20 years of experience in building Enterprise software products and Cloud Services out of which last 5-7 years in Software Development Manager responsibilities.
- · Prior experience in Leading product and cloud technology teams across diverse technology stack on C++/Node.js/Java preferably Multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS Services using microservices architecture on any of the cloud environments AWS/Azure/Oracle Public Cloud.
- · Must be familiar with containers technologies and ideally should be exposed to any of the full stack technology stack.
- · Should have high emotional quotient, self-driven and shows technology leadership in complex and ambiguous situations.
