Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in school management or educational administration, preferably at principal, vice principal, or director level
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision making abilities, with experience managing budgets, resources, and complex operations
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, teaching and learning practices, and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of school governance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation processes, ideally within the UAE or similar contexts
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field; a teaching qualification is highly desirable
- Experience working in multicultural environments and commitment to inclusivity, learner well being, and safeguarding standards
- Ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and implement data informed initiatives
- Proficiency with educational technologies and school information systems is an advantage

Role Description
- The Director is a full time, on site leadership role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
