As Director, Retail Segmentation Program, you are responsible for translating the approved segmentation strategy into detailed business design, execution roadmaps, and day-to-day delivery across Canadian Banking.
This includes shaping practical segment propositions, client and employee experiences, operating requirements, and implementation plans within the broader program governance.
Reporting to the Vice President, Special Projects, the Director works through cross-functional partners to enable consistent execution across products, channels, digital and physical journeys, advice, servicing, communications, tools, and frontline routines.
The role coordinates delivery, resolves working-level issues, supports governance discussions and decision-making, tracks performance and benefits, and recommends refinements that keep the model practical, commercially relevant, and aligned to client needs and business priorities.
