The Director - Real Estate is responsible for leading the company’s real estate strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, leasing, and property development activities.
The role ensures that all real estate decisions support business goals, optimize asset value, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall real estate strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and portfolio management.
- Evaluate real estate opportunities, conduct due diligence, and assess financial viability and risk.
- Manage development projects, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, lease terms, and other real estate agreements with landlords, brokers, contractors, and investors.
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actions to improve portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor internal teams and coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field.
- Significant experience in commercial real estate, property development, acquisitions, or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, valuation, investment analysis, and real estate law.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
