Director, Project Management - CBX

Experience leading project management teams or project portfolios within MDU, student housing, multifamily, build-to-rent, residential internet, managed Wi-Fi, low-voltage, construction technology, telecommunications, managed services, or related technical infrastructure environments.

Experience scaling a project management function, building PMO practices, standardizing tools and templates, improving project controls, and implementing operating rhythms that strengthen delivery consistency and business visibility.

Certifications in PMP, Cisco, Ruckus, Ekahau, networking, construction management, or related project management/technology disciplines.

Demonstrated experience improving project profitability, reducing delivery risk, strengthening vendor performance, improving job costing visibility, or driving cost and schedule efficiencies across a project portfolio.

Experience leading vendor, subcontractor, ISP, or supplier networks to improve pricing, quality, responsiveness, capacity, and delivery outcomes.

Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, customer escalations, scope gaps, budget constraints, and operational tradeoffs.

A strategic, hands-on leadership style with the ability to move between high-level portfolio oversight and detailed project execution when needed.

Reports to: Vice President, Projects

Direct Reports: Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and other project team members as assigned
