Role Overview
BLACKBULL is seeking a Director – Project Finance & International Fundraising based in Dubai.
The role focuses on Indian companies, projects, properties, and business assets.
The position requires independent origination, structuring, arrangement, and closure of funding transactions.
The role operates on a hybrid and project-based model and is not a learning or training position.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising and project-finance mandates for Indian companies and projects.
- Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, private credit, strategic investment, and project-finance structures.
- Build investor, institutional, corporate, and financial-partner relationships between the UAE and India.
- Evaluate feasibility, valuation, repayment capacity, security structures, and investor returns.
- Coordinate legal, financial, tax, compliance, valuation, and transaction professionals.
- Prepare financial models, investor presentations, information memoranda, term sheets, funding proposals, and transaction documents.
- Monitor project funding, deployment, repayment, investor reporting, and financial performance.
