Role Overview
The Director, Product Operations leads the operational backbone of RBC's Vulnerability and Exposure Management function within the Cyber Technology Office.

Opportunity
The Director, Product Operations leads the operational backbone of RBC's Vulnerability and Exposure Management function within the Cyber Technology Office.
The portfolio includes an enterprise vulnerability management platform, a risk-based prioritization framework, and executive reporting capabilities.
The role reports to the Senior Principal, Vulnerability and Exposure Management.
Core Responsibilities
- Establish delivery governance and an operating model for predictable, accountable product delivery.
- Manage cross-organizational dependencies affecting platform progress and data onboarding.
- Prioritize intake for non-roadmap requests and communicate commitment or rejection decisions.
- Align engineering, product, security leadership, and enterprise partners on priorities and trade-offs.
- Provide reporting on delivery status, risks, and resource utilization.
- Design recurring execution and planning cadences that support decision-making.
- Improve delivery processes as the team scales and matures.
- Partner with Product Owners on realistic, sequenced, outcome-based roadmap commitments.
