About the Role
Kinaxis is seeking a Director of Product Education & Learning Programs to lead the strategy, creation, and delivery of customer- and partner-facing learning programs. Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of customer and partner facing learning programs, including curriculum design, development, certification pathways, and ongoing updates.
- Ensure training programs are embedded into product release cycles for timely customer and partner readiness.
- Lead the design and execution of scalable training delivery models, including instructor led, virtual, and self paced learning experiences.
- Own partner learning programs, ensuring partners are equipped to implement, support, and extend product value.
- Establish and manage program operations, including planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery coordination.
- Manage the commercial model associated with customer and partner training offerings.
- Work directly with Product teams to translate product functionality into effective learning content.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to ensure learning programs support adoption and outcomes.
- Define and track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, completion, and effectiveness; use insights to improve programs.
- Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee management of external vendors, contractors, and platform partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or related relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading customer and partner facing learning programs, training functions, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global, cross functional teams in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large scale learning programs that drive product adoption and implementation success.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and experience aligning learning programs to product releases.
- Experience building and managing partner learning including certification programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with learning platforms, content management systems, and scalable delivery technologies.
