Responsibilities
- Define and lead strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs
- Oversee full lifecycle of learning programs including curriculum design, certification pathways, and updates
- Ensure training programs are embedded into product release cycles
- Lead design and execution of scalable training delivery models (instructor led, virtual, self paced)
- Own partner learning programs to equip partners with knowledge for implementation and support
- Establish and manage program operations including planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery coordination
- Work directly with Product teams to translate product functionality into learning content
- Define and track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, completion, and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience leading customer and partner facing learning programs in SaaS or technology environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing global, cross functional teams
- Proven experience designing and delivering large scale learning programs that drive product adoption
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles
- Experience building and managing partner learning including certification programs

About the Role
- The Director, Product Education & Learning Programs is responsible for the strategy, creation, delivery and continuous improvement of customer and partner facing learning programs.
- The incumbent will lead teams responsible for end to end delivery of learning programs including curriculum development, training delivery, program operations, and partner learning programs.
- The Director works closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
What you will do
- Define and lead the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of customer and partner facing learning programs.
- Ensure training programs are embedded into product release cycles.
- Lead the design and execution of scalable training delivery models.
- Own partner learning programs.
- Establish and manage program operations.
- Working with finance, manage the commercial model associated with training offerings.
- Work directly with Product teams to translate product functionality into learning content.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Partner teams.
- Define and track key performance indicators.
- Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee management of external vendors, contractors, and platform partners.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or related relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience leading customer and partner facing learning programs within a SaaS or technology environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global, cross functional teams.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large scale learning programs that drive product adoption and implementation success.
- An SME who understands how to create and deliver best in class content while managing business financials.
- An exceptional collaborator – experience working as part of a Product organization.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and experience aligning learning programs to product releases.
- Experience building and managing partner learning including certification programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
- Strong operational leadership skills.
- Experience leading and developing high performing teams across content, delivery, and program operations.
- Strong analytical skills.
