Role Overview
The Director, Point of Care, leads the Point of Care team’s Point of Care marketplace efforts by providing functional management and leadership to a team of Point of Care Associate Directors & Supervisor.
They own the Point of Care media plan story, quality of work output, contributes to new POC solutions, manages and trains direct reports., and can be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the marketplace.
The goal for this role is to support client Point of Care marketplace initiatives and help develop and maintain PHM Point of Care partnerships.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of media planning and/or buying for with preference in Point of Care, Out of Home, or HCP
- 2+ years recent HCP media experience
- 2+ years people management experience
