Role Overview

Strategy Management Office

• Establish and lead the Strategy Management Office, including governance, planning, OKRs, KPI reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles.
• Track company-wide strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across departments.
• Develop reporting frameworks for executive leadership and board visibility.

Corporate Strategy and Expansion

• Support corporate strategy development and execution across existing and future markets.
• Build market assessment and expansion frameworks for international growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and monitor delivery against targets.

Investments and Partnerships

• Partner with the investments team to evaluate acquisitions, partnerships, and venture opportunities.
• Support commercial and strategic due diligence and assist with integration planning and post-deal execution when required.
• Develop frameworks for assessing strategic fit and long-term value creation.

Executive Engagement and Leadership

• Prepare board materials, strategic presentations, and investor-facing narratives.
• Support communication with institutional shareholders and strategic stakeholders.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop strategy team members and strengthen internal strategic capabilities.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, transformation, or a related field.
• Experience building or leading a Strategy Management Office or similar strategic execution function.
• Ability to drive initiatives from strategy through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Background in high-growth, scale-up, PE-backed, VC-backed, or pre-IPO environments.
• Exposure to M&A, partnerships, investment evaluation, or market expansion initiatives.
• Experience preparing and presenting materials for senior executives or boards.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Background

• Experience in live events, entertainment, sports, marketplaces, or consumer technology.
• Familiarity with the Saudi and broader MENA business landscape.
• Exposure to international expansion across multiple markets.
