- Strong luxury hospitality background with understanding of customer behaviour, travel trends, digital marketing, and distribution strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative commercial strategies
- Highly developed leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic, analytical, and results oriented with strong business acumen and financial management skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills would be a significant advantage

Role Overview
- A prestigious luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing (Commercial Director) to lead the property's commercial strategy, drive revenue growth across all market segments and deliver exceptional business results.
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, this executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, brand positioning, and overall commercial performance across all business segments.
- The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, and Business Development while ensuring the achievement of financial objectives and long term profitability.
- This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality professional who combines strategic vision with a hands on leadership approach and thrives in a fast paced luxury environment.

Key Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years' progressive leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within luxury hotels or resorts.

- Highly developed leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with owners, corporate executives, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills would be a significant advantage.
