Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for water related products and solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts
- Manage and mentor the sales team
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs
- Monitor market trends and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills with experience in the water or utilities sector
- Proficiency in Sales Operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities with focus on long term client relationships
- Proven Team Management experience including leading and coaching sales teams
- Experience in water industry projects (metering, leak detection, water quality, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel within the region

- Core product specialties include leak detection equipment, NRW projects, automatic meter reading, satellite leak detection.
Role Description
- Lead and grow sales for water related products and solutions with focus on leak detection, water efficiency, metering, and remote network management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and oversee the entire sales cycle.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, collaborate with operations and technical teams, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts, report on performance, and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills with experience in water or utilities sector.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities and proven Team Management experience.
- Experience in water industry projects (metering, leak detection, water quality) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
