Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and departmental goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, travel trade, MICE, and group segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel agencies, and corporate accounts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and action plans
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotional strategies
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and business partners
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client meetings
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
- Support the hotel's strategic objectives and brand standards

- Have experience in the local market (UAE as well as other GCC)

Position Summary
- We are seeking an energetic and results driven Director of Sales to lead the commercial strategy for our hotel portfolio in Dubai. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding business opportunities, and leading the cultural transformation necessary to support
- The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, strengthen key business relationships, identify new market opportunities, and drive overall commercial performance while ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals.
