About the Role
Metrics Recruitment seeks a Director of Product for a mature-stage crypto/fintech infrastructure company in Vancouver. You will define product strategy, build and mentor a product team, and transform complex infrastructure into intuitive developer products.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a highly technical platform
- Lead and mentor a growing team of Product Managers
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM to deliver exceptional developer experiences
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives
- Improve developer onboarding, self serve adoption, and platform usability
- Work directly with customers and ecosystem partners to shape product roadmap
Requirements
- Product leadership experience in developer platforms, infrastructure, fintech, or crypto
- Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Experience building APIs, SDKs, developer tools, or platform products
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence strategy, and ship products at scale

Role Overview
- Director of Product for a mature stage crypto/fintech infrastructure company.
- Location: Vancouver, BC (5 days/week in office).
- Work directly with founders and engineering leadership.
