Job Summary

  • Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving
  • organizational vision, operations strategy, and
  • hiring levels
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for
  • growth, implementing organization-wide goal
  • setting, performance management, and annual
  • operations planning
  • -Oversee company operations and employee
  • productivity, building a highly inclusive culture
  • that ensures team members can thrive and that
  • organizational goals are met
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding,
  • professional development, performance
  • management, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with national and local
  • business regulations, and take appropriate action
  • when necessary

Tasks And Job Responsibilities

  • 1.
  • Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team
  • and works closely with the team to ensure they
  • are meeting performance expectations.
  • 2.
  • Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are
  • delivering against key business metrics.
  • 3.
  • Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency
  • and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits,
  • or improve control measures.
  • 4.
  • Works collaboratively to develop and/or
  • improve systems, processes, controls and
  • procedures that improve the overall efficiency of
  • the center and insure excellent client service.
  • 5.
  • Provides timely, accurate and complete reports
  • on the operating condition of the company..
  • 6.Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and
  • vision of the entire Human Resources function:
  • benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and
  • development, culture, performance
  • management, and succession planning.
  • 7.
  • Attracts, recruits, and retains required members
  • of the executive team not currently in place
  • 8.
  • Collaborates with the management team to
  • develop and implement plans for the operational
  • infrastructure of systems, processes, and
  • personnel designed to accommodate the rapid
  • growth objectives of the organization.
  • 9.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks
  • with a general attitude that no task is too small,
  • impossible, or cannot be improved.
  • 10.
  • Work autonomously while ensuring CEO
  • expectations are readily met and exceeded.
  • 11.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable
  • environment within the company.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1.

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting,

finance, or a related field required

2.

MBA strongly preferred.

3.

Minimum of 10 years of management experience

4.

In-depth understanding of the industry including

risk management, compliance, and regulatory

In-depth understanding of accounting principles

including budgeting, balance sheets, income

statements, cash flow, and capital planning

management

Demonstrated strategic leadership ability
