Job Summary
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving
- organizational vision, operations strategy, and
- hiring levels
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for
- growth, implementing organization-wide goal
- setting, performance management, and annual
- operations planning
- -Oversee company operations and employee
- productivity, building a highly inclusive culture
- that ensures team members can thrive and that
- organizational goals are met
- Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding,
- professional development, performance
- management, and retention
- Ensure compliance with national and local
- business regulations, and take appropriate action
- when necessary
Tasks And Job Responsibilities
- 1.
- Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team
- and works closely with the team to ensure they
- are meeting performance expectations.
- 2.
- Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are
- delivering against key business metrics.
- 3.
- Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency
- and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits,
- or improve control measures.
- 4.
- Works collaboratively to develop and/or
- improve systems, processes, controls and
- procedures that improve the overall efficiency of
- the center and insure excellent client service.
- 5.
- Provides timely, accurate and complete reports
- on the operating condition of the company..
- 6.Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and
- vision of the entire Human Resources function:
- benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and
- development, culture, performance
- management, and succession planning.
- 7.
- Attracts, recruits, and retains required members
- of the executive team not currently in place
- 8.
- Collaborates with the management team to
- develop and implement plans for the operational
- infrastructure of systems, processes, and
- personnel designed to accommodate the rapid
- growth objectives of the organization.
- 9.
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks
- with a general attitude that no task is too small,
- impossible, or cannot be improved.
- 10.
- Work autonomously while ensuring CEO
- expectations are readily met and exceeded.
- 11.

- environment within the company.
Required Qualifications & Experience
1.
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting,
finance, or a related field required
2.
MBA strongly preferred.
3.
Minimum of 10 years of management experience
4.
In-depth understanding of the industry including
risk management, compliance, and regulatory

In-depth understanding of accounting principles
including budgeting, balance sheets, income
statements, cash flow, and capital planning
management
