Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operation of a luxury multi outlet hospitality destination
- Deliver exceptional service standards and ensure a best in class guest experience
- Directly manage and develop large teams of 300+ employees
- Oversee and coordinate multiple business units, including hotel and F&B operations
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and business performance
- Define, monitor, and manage operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Support openings, transitions, and ongoing operational enhancement projects
- Act as a key liaison between all operational departments
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure strong financial performance through effective cost control and operational management
- Lead, coach, and inspire teams while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Director of Operations, Hotel Director, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role within luxury hospitality
- Proven background in luxury hotels, high end restaurants, lifestyle hospitality brands, private members' clubs, or premium hospitality groups
- Strong experience managing complex multi outlet and high volume hospitality operations
- Demonstrated expertise in both hotel and F&B operations
- Highly commercial profile with strong financial acumen and experience driving business performance and profitability
- Hands on leadership style with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence
- Experience leading large teams (300+ employees) in structured and demanding environments
- Strong commitment to guest experience and luxury service standards
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- International experience is highly desirable
