Role Overview
The partner company is seeking a Director of Operations, Data Science based in the United Arab Emirates.
This senior, cross-functional role connects business strategy, data science, technology, and client delivery.
The role combines operational leadership, product-oriented thinking, and hands-on Agile development management.
The position helps apply data, intelligence, and AI-enabled capabilities to meaningful business challenges.
Accountabilities
- Lead business optimization strategy by identifying opportunities where data and analytics can address organizational priorities and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate data science initiatives across growth, strategy, enablement, finance, technology, product, and other business functions.
- Manage Agile delivery, including epics, backlogs, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and ongoing delivery.
- Support client data science projects from business requirements through execution and delivery.
- Participate in client workshops, requirements sessions, results presentations, and business development meetings.
- Translate complex datasets, analytical outputs, and technical concepts into clear business recommendations.
- Coordinate priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans with data science, technology, product, and other technical stakeholders.
