Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the operational model for a cleaning on demand business in Dubai
- Develop and manage the supply side including cleaner recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and subcontractor partnerships
- Establish scalable partnerships with cleaning companies and service providers
- Design and improve workflows covering scheduling, dispatching, quality control, customer experience, and issue resolution
- Develop operational KPIs and dashboards to track performance
- Improve processes to increase reliability, reduce costs, and scale service capacity
- Manage daily operations, external partners, quality standards, and operational budgets
- Work closely with technology, customer support, and commercial teams to improve the platform and customer experience

- Proven experience scaling cleaning operations or managing large service provider networks
- Strong understanding of on demand business models and marketplace operations

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to build, launch, and scale our cleaning on demand operations in Dubai.
- This role is designed for an operational leader with proven experience in on demand cleaning, home services marketplaces, or large scale cleaning operations who understands how to build reliable service delivery models, manage supply capacity, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the operational model for a cleaning on demand business in Dubai.
- Develop and manage the supply side of operations, including cleaner recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and subcontractor partnerships.
- Establish scalable partnerships with cleaning companies and service providers.
- Design and improve workflows covering scheduling, dispatching, quality control, customer experience, and issue resolution.
- Develop operational KPIs and dashboards to track performance, including fulfillment rates, utilization, quality scores, customer satisfaction, cancellations, costs, and margins.
