Direct leased vehicle fleet operations, utilization, inventory, invoicing, payments, contracts, compliance, budgets, and reporting.
Direct leased vehicle maintenance operations with focus on quality, safety, availability, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate maintenance supplier contracts, budgets, inventories, and quality monitoring through workshop and agency visits.

Direct project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, quality, execution, and profitability.
Monitor project risks, contingency plans, performance reports, operational metrics, and financial transactions.
Address project bottlenecks, obstacles, and customer needs while providing direction to project teams.

Foster a customer-care mindset and improve customer engagement programs and experience standards.
Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction and ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Mentor, coach, develop, and evaluate lease and maintenance operational leaders.

Capability to direct lease, maintenance, project management, customer experience, logistics, and warehousing operations.
Experience developing and implementing operational strategy, governance, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Ability to lead operational teams and develop business leaders through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Ability to manage operational budgets, contracts, risks, performance reporting, and cost optimization.
Ability to establish customer service standards and improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
