- Proficient with network hardware including L2/L3 routers and switches.
- Certifications regarding servers, workstations, networking or network security.
- Knowledge of hypervisors for Windows Server.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security standards and implementation.
- Knowledge of IT standards such as NIST.
- Knowledge of phone technologies including T1/PRI, SIP Trunks, POTS lines.
- Prior experience implementing phone systems.
