Responsibilities
- Lead F&B operations for a luxury private establishment providing hotel services and catering events
- Manage multi ethnic teams and demonstrate great leadership skills
- Oversee menu development and quality control in collaboration with culinary teams
- Translate guest feedback into service and product improvements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and margin optimization

- Strong expertise in Food & Beverage operations and Food Service
- Proven Culinary Skills and experience collaborating with culinary teams on menu development and quality control
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Solid Budgeting and cost control skills, including forecasting, P&L management, and margin optimization
- Extensive leadership experience in senior F&B roles, ideally at director or multi unit level, within hotels, resorts, or upscale dining operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of international F&B trends, standards, and best practices, particularly within high end or luxury markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Relevant hospitality or business qualification preferred
- Experience working in or with Middle Eastern or international markets is an advantage

- The operation provides hotel services for the owner's extended family as well as catering events for visiting senior government and business leaders.
