Overview
- Seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Director to join the pre opening team of a luxury hotel in Doha.
- This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, systems, and controls of a flagship property from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management.
- Working closely with the General Manager and ownership, provide strategic financial guidance to support the successful launch and long term profitability of the hotel.
- Lead the setup of financial systems and processes, ensure robust internal controls, and build and mentor a high performing finance team.
- Requires a hands on approach during pre opening, transitioning into a strategic leadership position post opening.
