Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, operation, and maintenance of all facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building performance
- Manage facilities operations teams and supervise building maintenance activities
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Develop and manage facilities budgets, monitor vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies
- Establish operational standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to support strategic and day to day operational needs
Requirements
- Strong Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills, including oversight of multi site or complex environments
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills in leading, coaching, and evaluating facilities and maintenance teams
- Experience in Building Maintenance, including coordination of repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections
- Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and vendor management for facilities related services and projects
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices in facilities management
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Relevant degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Role Description
- The Director of Facilities Management is a full time, on site role based in Chandigarh, India.
- This position oversees the planning, operation, and maintenance of all facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building performance.
- Key responsibilities include managing facilities operations teams, supervising building maintenance activities, and coordinating repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.

- The role also involves establishing operational standards, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with leaders across the organization to support strategic and day to day operational needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) skills, including oversight of multi site or complex environments.
