- Oversee engineering operations and maintenance of the hotel property
- Manage capital expenditure projects and preventative maintenance programs
- Lead the emergency response team for facility issues
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize financial performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Engineering or similar role in hospitality
- Strong project management skills, especially with renovations
- Experience managing budgets and capital expenditure projects
- Knowledge of building systems, safety, and regulatory standards

Job Summary
- Functions as the property's strategic Facilities Business Leader.
- Responsible for Engineering operations and projects at the Hotel.
- Provides high level of property maintenance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain building, grounds, and physical plant with attention to safety, security, and asset protection.
- Manage budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver products and services meeting guest and employee expectations.
- Maintain standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the emergency response team for all facility issues.
