Support the development and implementation of Commercial strategies that derisks development, delivers project economics and drives enterprise value
Oversee commercial management of major EPC contracts—scope, RFP, negotiations, change orders, and cost control measures
Drive process improvement and standardization in project controls, reporting, and risk management
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client contract requirements
Conduct contract reviews to ensure technical risks are identified and managed
Assemble scope tables and descriptions to facilitate the generation of cost models
Define preliminary project schedules and inputs required for LOB creation of detailed project schedules.
Review and customize cash flow analyses on projects to optimize payment milestone proposals
Establish, manage, and regularly update operational budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics
Perform customer and vendor pre-qualifications
Develop, maintain and track proposal information
Compile reference lists, experience lists, and supplemental documents
Communicate bid documents internally and externally
Manage outside vendors when necessary to complete a bid with the generation of preliminary vendor technical specifications
Collaborate effectively with the Development, Origination, Technical Solutions, Finance and Regulatory teams
Ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget
Select, manage, and direct third party consultants, review their work product and deliver cost effective development solutions
Supporting bank, investor and off-taker due diligence in an effort to close on lender financing, equity capital, and offtake agreements
Work with Development and Origination team to project development spend budgets and manage to most cost-effective outcome
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, technical or business or a related discipline MBA or other advanced degree preferred but not required

15+ years of commercial, technical, or professionally related experience in the Power, Energy and/or Oil & Gas sectors This should include at least 2 years of technical writing, and at least 5 years of experience with Terms & Conditions, as a portion of their previous responsibilities

Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
