The role owns the full product technology lifecycle, including architecture, roadmap execution, engineering standards, and platform health.

Core ownership
- Own technology strategy and engineering roadmaps across Consumer Intelligence and Engagement capabilities.
- Drive architecture, engineering execution, quality assurance, release management, and production health.
- Lead engineering for segmentation, recommendations, experimentation, promotions, campaigns, and communications.
- Define data contracts between consumer event infrastructure and personalisation or ranking systems.
- Lead and develop senior engineers and manage delivery partners.
