ERP Data Management : You'll be the one implementing connectors to fetch and store the ERP data. It's like building a bridge to a treasure trove of information. And not just that, you've got to ensure this data has high availability. So, whether it's the crack of dawn or the dead of night, the ERP data should be accessible without a hitch. It's your kingdom, and you're responsible for all related improvements. Make sure the data is stored efficiently and securely, and is always ready for action.

Email Processing Management: Own the reliability and scalability of large-scale email processing systems, including maintaining tens of millions of email accounts and ensuring that hundreds of millions of emails are consistently delivered to downstream systems each day, with related email notifications sent in a timely manner. This role requires strong expertise in email protocols such as IMAP and SMTP. You should be comfortable designing around rate limits, proxy strategies, and provider-specific constraints, and have strong proficiency in Redis, MySQL, and message queue systems to support high-volume, distributed processing workloads.

Business and Technology/Engineering Liaison : Understand the business requirements inside out. Jump right into discussions with the team and bring your A-game to design technical solutions. You'll be the one who bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Backend API Mastery : Customers' requirements are constantly evolving, and that's where you come in. You'll be implementing or upgrading backend APIs to fit these new demands like a custom-made glove. Your work will be the driving force behind our ability to keep up with the market.

System Maintenance and Architecture Champion: Maintain our existing services like a pro. Dive into iterative upgrades, deploy improvements, and take charge of service governance. Your work will be the glue that holds our services together and keeps them evolving. Build new foundational components that empower the team with strong, reliable core support.

Global Team Player : Work hand-in-glove with our US, Singapore, India and China teams. Be flexible with work hours as the data world never sleeps, and we need you to be on top of your game, always!

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related majors, 12+ years overall experience.

Solid computer foundation and programming skills, familiar with common data structures and algorithms.

Excellent in one of the following languages: Python/Golang/Java (Python is the most preferred)

Proficiency with messaging platforms (Kafka, RMQ, SQS) and relational/NoSQL datastores (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, HBase, Redis, Aerospike, etc.).

Experience in architecture and developing large-scale distributed systems.

Familiarity with microservice architecture, API gateway patterns, and service observability (logging, tracing, metrics).

Proven track record building and operating systems with strict latency and reliability requirements in 24/7 environments, including:

High-performance, high-uptime (99.99%+) systems

Self-recoverable architectures

Container/VM orchestration platforms

Bonus: RPC frameworks (gRPC/Protobuf, Thrift)

Strong architectural expertise with modern backend stacks ( Go, Python, Java, Node.js ) and cloud platforms ( AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes/Docker )

Excellent logic analysis capabilities, able to abstract and split business logic reasonably.

Strong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver independently while also collaborating effectively.

Experience leading small engineering initiatives or mentoring junior developers(20%).

Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and org-wide strategies to engineers, cross-functional partners, and executives.

Nice to have (Optional)

Knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and performance tuning for high-traffic systems.

Knowledge of AI agent/harness, focus on how to use AI to improve work efficiency or restructure work patterns

Experience with DevOps practices
