The Role

In this role, you will lead a high-performing Account Management team responsible for a \~$30M portfolio across the Middle East and Africa.

This is a strategic leadership role focused entirely on growing and retaining existing accounts.

You will manage and coach a team of 7 account managers responsible for retention, upsell, and cross-sell across enterprise and mid-market financial services customers.

Your role is to elevate team performance, strengthen customer engagement strategies, and help scale the team as regional growth accelerates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

β†’ Lead and develop a team of Account Managers across the MEA region

β†’ Drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value across a \~$30M portfolio

β†’ Coach and implement structured sales and customer success methodologies

β†’ Support strategic account growth initiatives across enterprise financial services clients

β†’ Own performance management, reviews, coaching plans, and team development

β†’ Partner closely with regional and global leadership on growth strategy

β†’ Help scale the team as the regional business expands

β†’ Act as escalation point for key customer relationships and commercial discussions

β†’ Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and culturally diverse team environment

What You Bring

βœ” Proven leadership experience managing Customer Success or Account Management teams

βœ” Strong SaaS background within enterprise or strategic accounts

βœ” Experience managing large commercial portfolios ($20M+ preferred)

βœ” Hands-on coaching and performance management experience

βœ” Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar

βœ” Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams

βœ” Ability to manage strategic enterprise customer relationships and escalations

βœ” Based in the UAE with prior UAE market experience (this role does

not

come with a relocation package)

βœ” Fluent English communication skills

Nice To Haves

β†’ Experience within AML, Fraud, Payments, or Financial Crime Compliance

β†’ Background in financial services or risk solutions

β†’ Arabic or French language skills
