Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the hospitality and commercial (such as but not limited to office fit outs, ground up projects, warehouses, construction) market.
  • Identify opportunities in hotels, resorts, serviced residences, entertainment venues, and mixed use hospitality developments.
  • Identify opportunities in commercial fit outs, both local and international.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, hotel owners, investors, hospitality operators, architects, designers, and consultants.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming developments, and investment activities within the hospitality sector and commercial fit outs
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified hospitality commercial projects.

Sales Leadership

  • Achieve annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and business development team.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Implement CRM systems and pipeline management processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop alliances with hotel operators, hospitality consultants, design firms, and industry associations within the hospitality and commercial industry.
  • Represent the company at hospitality and commercial conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Build relationships with financing institutions and investment groups involved in hospitality and commercial developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in construction, real estate development, hospitality development, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large scale construction or development projects.
