Role Description

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality brands.
  • Develop and execute business development plans.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns within target markets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage key client accounts.
  • Maintain long term relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with proven ability to open and grow opportunities in hospitality or luxury services.
  • Experience in Business Planning, including territory planning, sales forecasting, and go to market strategy execution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation and Account Management.
  • Extensive background in B2B sales, preferably within hospitality, travel, or luxury brands, with measurable revenue growth achievements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Comfort working on site in Dubai, with willingness to travel regionally or internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are an advantage.
