Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency
- Lead the HR function including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws
- Develop, implement, and refine company policies and standard operating procedures
- Provide strategic oversight for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Monitor departmental spending, enforce cost control measures, and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Review financial reports and coordinate with the finance team to ensure fiscal health and compliance
- Guide the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Align the sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets and expand market presence
- Oversee supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Streamline logistical processes to improve operational turnaround times and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade and import/export regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing multiple departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA highly preferred)
- Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Director (Admin) to lead and oversee our core business operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong, multi disciplinary background with a proven track record of managing cross functional teams.
- You will be responsible for driving efficiency, aligning departmental goals, and ensuring seamless operations across Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics.
