Position Overview

  • The Marketing Director reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and partners with executive leadership, medical staff, clinical leaders, and operational teams to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies.
  • The role serves as a strategic bridge between Aspen Valley Health and the broader community, ensuring marketing initiatives align with mission, values, strategy, and brand standards.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects, priorities, and cross functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, proofreading, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong understanding of resort, tourism, and mountain community dynamics, including community engagement, visitor populations, and regional market trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare marketing or healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related leadership experience.
  • Experience working within resort, hospitality, tourism, or destination based communities preferred.
