Foster a culture of innovation through coaching, upskilling teams, and developing future-focus roadmaps

Advocate for architecture-led solution design, prototyping, and quality engineering to future-proof HR program delivery

Influence C-suite and vendor partners using data-driven AI dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and ROI

Proven AI expertise : Hands-on experience deploying AI in program management (e.g., predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, reporting and dashboards, QE Automation)

Financial services experience with multiple HR platforms and technologies including Payroll, Incentive Compensation and SSO/cloud security.

Knowledge of multiple HR platforms (SAP, Workday, cloud/on-premise) and technologies including cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises implementations

Profesisonal program/project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2or equivalent)
