Role Overview
The Director, IT Solution Delivery is a senior technology leader reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology.
The role is accountable for strategic roadmap commitments, technology capital projects, and high-value IT delivery activities.
The position provides strategic leadership across the IT delivery portfolio and is described as non-technical.
Strategy and Delivery Alignment
- Translate enterprise and business strategies into a prioritized IT delivery roadmap.
- Optimize delivery frameworks, standards, governance, and performance measures.
- Partner with the PMO to align initiatives with strategic objectives, governance, and team capacity.
- Foster predictable, outcome-oriented delivery and continuous improvement.
