As Director HWS Operations, you will support the B2B sales team that grows revenue across all B2B customers segments. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Sales Enablement & HWS Operations, you will focus on end-to-end process operationalization and optimization of core sales programs. You will also lead change management to lead seller adoption, efficiency, and experience.
What you'll do during a typical day:
Lead end-to-end process optimization and execution across interdependent Sales Enablement and Operations teams with the goal of improving operational efficiency, seller experience and performance.
Manage operational execution of steady state sales programs, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, communications, and deliverables.
Lead change management efforts tied to new system, tool, and process enhancements to drive adoption and user satisfaction with Sales leadership and professionals.
Develop communication strategies, operational updates, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement plans for steady state sales programs (e.g., account planning, segmentation, rosters)
Monitor operational health, program effectiveness, and adoption metrics, partnering with leadership to identify risks, gaps, and continuous improvement opportunities.
How you'll collaborate with others:
Collaborate with functional SMEs and peers (Sales Performance Management, Solutions, and Governance) and key partners from Sales Strategy, Support, Analytics, HR, Product, and Technology teams to coordinate operational processes and business initiatives.
Work with regional and segment sales leaders to gather feedback, agree on needs, and support consistent execution across the organization.
Coordinate with Strategy, Communications, and HR partners to support rollout plans, user readiness, and adoption efforts.
Support enterprise and commercial projects by ensuring operational readiness, communication alignment, and execution support.
Projects you'll take ownership of:
Complex process optimization programs that improve scalability, efficiency, and consistency across sales operations sub-functions (e.g., Rosters).
Design, documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of sales processes, workflows, and operational routines.
Manage operational planning for primary sales programs, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, risks, and communications.
Develop and execute holistic change management and communication strategy to enhance storytelling and, and custom communication plans associated with new systems, workflows, operational changes, and enablement projects.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Enablement, or related commercial functions
Experience supporting operational transformation, process improvement, or change management projects in complex, matrixed organizations
Understanding of sales operations processes, including sales planning, performance management, enablement, systems, and workflow optimization
Willing to travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
BA/BS/Bachelor'sDegree
Experience in hospitality, travel, service, B2B sales, or related industries
Project, Change, or Process Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci)
Based in or willing to relocate to McLean VA, Dallas, TX or New York, NY

Benefits availability may vary depending on Team Member's location as well as terms and conditions of employment and are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific program/plan.
Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $130,000 – $175,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
