Basic Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s Degree or PGDM Full-time
  • At least 15 years of client facing experience OR at least 15 years of consulting experience OR a combination
  • At least 15 years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
  • 17+ years of client facing experience or 17+ years of consulting experience or a combination
  • 17+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
  • 7+ years of people management experience
